so, i'm gonna go ahead and just write an about my day post. it was a lazy sunday to say the least! i hung out with my family most all day and did nothing but veg. i cleaned a little bit, went to the grocery store, took my daughter to the park, hung out with some friends, had tacos for dinner (YUM!) and watched some tv. it was nice to just not worry about the small pile of laundry on my coffee table.
the grocery store was a quick trip. we had a certain amount of money, stuck to our list, and were in & out in 30 minutes. aaron was shocked as hell, so was i. but i have missed sticking to a list/menu and am glad to be back to that!
it was semi-nice out today and annabelle basically begged to go to the park. we all went for a little trip and i met up with a friend there. she's a new friend and it was nice to just talk about stuff. i can see us being better friends as time goes on! her husband is deploying in feb too. anyways, so we hung out for a bit there. i liked that she jumped right in to help me with the girls, and held savannah. that shows a lot about a person in my opinion!
mom made tacos, hit the spot! so dang good. i love her home-made tacos. hopefully next time she can make her salsa!!
after dinner, kate stopped by with the boys! i sure missed her. i haven't really seen her much since greg left in december. she went home for awhile, then cara was sick. we did hang out for awhile last weekend but anyways. we made some plans for this week and the weekend. i am def gonna need that girls strength once aaron leaves.
we are doing a little going away thing this friday for him. i hope he enjoys it. i know he will love seeing one of his friends, they don't hang out a ton due to their opposing schedules. but it will be nice! just gotta grab a few things for the party and it's gonna be all good :) i can't believe he is leaving so soon. i gotta work on some stuff for him.
